Once I book a suite, how do I pay?
Each suite is individually owned so once you make your booking, the suite owner will reach out to coordinate payment. Options vary by suite but include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and E-Transfer.

When is the Pool open?
May to Sept from dawn to dusk (if weather is warmer we extend to Oct)

Do you allow pets?
Vita Resort welcomes pets but some suites have restrictions. Rowen's nest and Vita on the Lake are pet friendly, Tiny Anchor is case-by-case.

Is there parking on-site?
Yes each suite has a dedicated parking spot and we also have four EV chargers.
​
How far is the lake from Vita Resort?
Directly across the street is Lakeshore Beach and a short stroll along Lakeshore Drive is Canoe Beach and Kin Beach (all along Lake Okanagan). the resort is. scenic 10 min drive to Kalamalka Lake, a world class destination and a must see!

Is Vita Resort suitable for children?
Absolutely! Kids LOVE the pull out sofa with its own TV for movies before bed. The pool is also a favourite and most suites include board games for family fun.

Do you have a minimum stay?
Yes, there is a 2 night minimum stay
​
Can I bring my boat?
Yes, there is street parking for a boat trailer and a marina 5 mins away from Vita.

Can I get food delivery to Vita?
Yes we have pizza and restaurant delivery through Uber Eats and Skip the Dishes. Vernon has great dining options, read this blog for some favs.

I have a pet - 118 and 519 are happy to welcome your fur fam. 516 is case-by-case depending on pet.

I have kids - 118 is ground floor so allows for quick loading and unloading in front of suite plus kids LOVE the hot tub.

I am active - 318 and 519 include use of 2 SUPs. 318 also has a kayak, pickle-ball racquets and disc golf discs for guest use.

I want a view of the lake and pool - 516 has lake views and 313 has peek-a-boo lake views, 207 and 214 face the pool.
